What we do

Our job is to make funny things sound funnier, and weird things sound extra weird. We clean up dialogue and make uppercuts sound like thunderclaps, unless you want them to sound like cat footsteps—we can do that too. The way we see it, every project deserves high-end audio post, whether it’s playing in a movie theater or on an iPhone.

Services

It’s a joy to be involved early on a project, but we're just as comfortable coming in at the very last second to tie everything together. For us, creative and technical details go hand in hand. Making the tech stuff seamless and invisible is just part of the game. Here's a snapshot of what we currently offer:
  • Creative sound design, foley and mixing
  • Online version review and notes via frame.io
  • AI Dialogue integration and music separation (What’s that?? Just ask...)
  • Stereo, 5.1 and spatial audio formats for VR
  • Standards-ready audio for broadcast, mobile, digital media, theatrical trailers, apps and live events
  • Original music and licensing

Who We Are

Experienced Sound Designers/Mixers and nice guys.

Jared Horowitz
Owner/Creative Director
With more than two decades of experience under his belt, Jared has sound designed and mixed for some of the best in the business. In the process, he has won his fair share of awards and conquered the heart of producer after producer with his winning sense of humor. Whether he's cleaning up noisy dialogue, foleying in subtle body movements or just making the mix pop, Jared loves playing with audio and has developed many new techniques to make the entire mix process more fluid. In 2016, he presented those ideas in a Promax presentation dubbed "Collaborative Audio" delving into new techniques to premixing and sonic problem solving. More recently, Jared released his debut album Jinx Colombia Soda under the moniker Gang of Wolves. Jared and his family live in the Hudson Valley, where he now mixes, records, and tends a small flock of chickens.
